Shipping Policy

Order review & processing

All orders are reviewed before fulfillment. Most orders are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once reviewed, the order is forwarded to our fulfillment partners and order processing partners for preparation.

If an order cannot be processed or shipped within a reasonable timeframe, TLXStore may contact the customer with available options, including waiting for the item, choosing an alternative item, cancellation or refund when applicable.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates only. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs, carrier delays and order processing time.

TLXStore does not promise free shipping, fast US shipping, guaranteed delivery dates or shipping from a US warehouse.

Shipping cost

TLXStore currently charges a fixed tracked shipping fee of US $29.90 for orders shipped within the United States.

Tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Customs, taxes & import

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance requirements or import documentation required by their country.

If an order is delayed, held, rejected or returned by customs, additional shipping, return or restocking costs may apply. In some cases, only a partial refund may be possible after returned shipments, customs issues or carrier deductions.

Product availability

Product prices, stock, colors, storage options and model availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable, TLXStore may contact the customer to offer an alternative product, wait option, cancellation or refund.
