Acceptance
By using the TLXStore website you agree to these Terms of Service.
Orders
All orders are subject to review, acceptance, fraud prevention, product availability and fulfillment partner processing. Orders may be forwarded to fulfillment partners, order processing partners, forwarding partners or logistics partners after review. Prices are listed in USD.
Pricing & promotions
Product prices, stock, colors, storage options and model availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after order review, TLXStore may offer waiting for the item, an alternative item, color or model change, cancellation or refund.
Compare-at prices may reflect market references, manufacturer suggested retail prices or recent reference prices and may change over time.
Payment
For orders with a products subtotal of US $499.00 or less, Stripe / Credit Card and PayPal may be available. For orders with a products subtotal above US $499.00, PayPal is the only available payment method.
Payment availability may depend on order amount, payment provider configuration, fraud prevention review and checkout availability.
Shipping
A fixed tracked shipping fee of US $29.90 applies to orders shipped within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs, carrier delays and order processing time.
TLXStore does not promise free shipping, fast US shipping, guaranteed delivery dates or shipping from a US warehouse. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance requirements in their country. See the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Product responsibility
The customer is responsible for reviewing product details, compatibility, color, model and specifications before ordering. TLXStore is not an official brand store, authorized reseller, manufacturer, US warehouse or fast-shipping warehouse.
Limitation of liability
TLXStore's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
